The Lead Pastor, in partnership with the Board of Elders, will be responsible for the vision and ministry of LWAC. They must be willing to serve our church and community by possessing a pastoral, servant heart, as well as a heart for missions in both our community and our world.
Salary will be between $60,000-$80,000 based on a 40-hour work week. Wages will be dependent on education and pastoral experiences.
